Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it ships. Email [support@americanice.com] with your order number as soon as possible; orders usually ship within one business day.

• Before shipment: canceled and refunded in full to your original payment method.
• After shipment: we can't cancel or redirect the order. If you refuse delivery, the package returns to us, and we refund you minus the original shipping charges.
• Changes: we can't change items, quantities, or the shipping address after an order is placed. Cancel and reorder instead.

American Ice may cancel any order that fails age or identity verification, ships to a restricted location, appears fraudulent or for resale, or contains a pricing error. Canceled orders are refunded in full.
