Shipping policy
We ship to verified adults 21+ at residential and business addresses within the United States, excluding the locations listed below.
Where We Don't Ship
- Outside the 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam and other U.S. territories
- P.O. boxes (an adult signature can't be collected)
Restrictions change often. If your address is restricted, checkout will not allow the order. If a restriction takes effect after you order, we will cancel and fully refund any affected items.
Processing time - TBD per 3PL
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET Monday–Friday ship the same business day once age
verification is complete. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders ship via USPS; an adult signature (21+) is required on all orders / where required by state law.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order and a tracking number when it ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Failed Delivery
If no adult 21+ is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup with valid ID. Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus original shipping charges.
Taxes & Excise fees
Applicable state and local sales, excise and nicotine taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your total.
